It describes the process of turning raw fruits and vegetables into liquid form and drinking them. Would you like to drink your fruits and vegetables instead of eating them?
Fresh juice tastes fantastic and dramatically improves the body’s performance. Most people are blown away when they discover how great they feel after drinking fresh juice.
Thousands of people (er, millions?) are flocking to it like a fish to water. They LOVE the health benefits of juicing. With “health celebrities” like Jason Vale and Joe Cross, this wonderful, health-enhancing habit is spreading like wildfire throughout the world.
Speaking of Joe Cross, you can read my interview with him, done shortly after he completed Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead.
Is Juicing Good for You? Discover why people LOVE it.
In the 21st century, there is a lot of hype. Marketers and smart businesspeople like to hype things up. They make promises. They tell you something will change your life, but often, they don’t deliver. If you’re skeptical of the power of fresh fruit and vegetable juice, you’re not alone. It pays to be careful at a time when everyone seems out to grab your… read more >
What’s wrong with most people’s diets?
People spend BILLIONS of dollars every year on diet-related products. For example, just in America, men and women spend OVER 50 BILLION DOLLARS on diet-related products.
That’s just in America! It doesn’t even include the millions that people from other countries spend.
Around the world, people are waking up. People are realizing that their typical diet sucks. They know that they can change thier lives to day if they don’t fall for the junk the food industry tries to feed us.
However, rather than update their diets permanently and eating antioxidant rich foods, people look for quick fixes. They want to diet for a few weeks or months and then go back to their diet that made them unhealthy in the first place. It’s sad, but most people seem to find it hard to accept that if their diet made them unhealthy and sick in the first place. Many people fail to understand that returning to that diet in the future will produce the same result.
“Keep doing what you’ve always done and you’ll keep getting what you’ve always gotten.”
Most people understand the truism above. It’s very straightforward and it makes sense. For every effect, there is a cause. If you repeat the cause in the future, it will probably produce the same effect in the future.
But isn’t this what most people do with dieting?
They thrash their body with bad food and bad liquid (for GREAT liquid, make some healthy juicer recipes). On top of the lack of nutrients, they avoid all forms of exercise. It might not happen immediately but for most people, it happens eventually – the pounds pack themselves on. The waist gets wider. And the image in the mirror becomes increasingly depressed and self-confidence goes out the window.
But then, a light bulb goes on and a person realizes he or she needs to change something and they decide to go on a diet… for a month or two. But sooner or later, they get bored or are unimpressed with results and they return to their original diets.
Or suppose they lose 20 or 30 pounds and get into the best shape they’ve been in their lives. They’re thrilled and excited about their newfound body and health. But in time, they slip back into their old habits. Their diet returns to what it was when they were overweight and exercise becomes nothing but a nice idea to talk to their friends about.
Some people go so far as to believe that they can diet for a few weeks or months but can then return to what they originally ate. They believe that they will maintain their weight loss, even if they stop eating what gave them the weight loss in the first place.

Discover the secret to permanent weight loss.
The secret to permanent weight loss is a permanent change in lifestyle and eating habits.
What do I mean by that?

Instead, focus on updating your lifestyle. Make exercise a regular practice (3+ times/week). Along with exercise, improve your diet, not for only 3 months, but for the rest of your life. Not only will you lose weight, but you will also live longer, boost your energy and make more from life.
Find Out Why Juicing for Weight Loss Works like Magic
These days, everyone wants to lose weight. People want to look healthy. They want to turn heads and feel sexy as they march down the street. Excess weight also causes death due to a variety of diseases. In the end, there’s not much to like in “fat”. If you’ve got some, imagine getting rid of it FOREVER… read more >
What do you need to do?
Most Government authorities recommend we consume 6 to 8 servings of fruits and vegetables every day but most people don’t even get close to consuming this amount.
FACT: Fruit and vegetable juicing is a great way to get the nutrients you need.
How many servings do you consume? Do you take an apple to work? Do you eat fruit salad for lunch? Do you munch on a carrot to avoid the afternoon slump?
Or do you drink a coffee and feast on energy-draining foods such as fast-food, carbs (bread, pasta, etc) and soft drink?
What’s your strategy?
Are you busy juice fasting or busy draining yourself?
How do you keep yourself going during each day?
Most weight and health related problems stem from a problem in a person’s diet. Sure, there are exceptions, but generally, what a person eats and drinks is the problem.
Weight loss, low energy and cancer are all “symptoms” of a larger problem. Yes, they are problems of their own and they need to be dealt with accordingly but unless we change the root cause, the problems will just keep returning.
If you want to lose weight, boost your energy and change your life, you are going to have to change your diet and change your lifestyle.
And in contrast to juicing books and most people who are selling something, I believe getting into the best shape of your life is really very simple. There are three steps:
- Eat less unhealthy food.
- Eat more healthy food.
- Exercise.
Number 1 and 3 are in your hands.
Unhealthy food includes junk food, processed food, ice cream, chocolate, bread, pasta, etc. Honestly, most people can figure out whether something is unhealthy.
If it comes in a box and has been sitting on the shelf for a few weeks, there’s a good chance it’s unhealthy. The more time between when it was created and when it was available for you to buy, the more likely it is that it’s unhealthy.
Put simply, fresher is better.
Why? See What is Raw Food?
As for exercise, simply work up a sweat 3 times a week. If you’re not in good shape now, don’t go out and try to run a marathon. You’ll disappoint yourself and increase your chances of giving up. Instead, exercise at your level. After you realize how good it feels, you’ll be drawn to exercise on a regular basis.
Play soccer. Take your kids to the park. See how many pushups you can do and add an extra 5 pushups the next day. Go rockclimbing. Jump into the water at the beach.
You get the idea.
As for number 2, you’re on the perfect website. The benefits of healthy eating can’t be matchted and juicing will blow your mind when it comes to healthy food. It makes it dead simple to give your body the vitamins, minerals and antioxidants it has been crying out for.

Why Juicing?
When food is cooked or processed, its shape and chemical composition is altered and nutrients and enzymes are destroyed. While cooking is useful and very practical, it’s not ideal.
Don’t worry, I’m not advising you to not cook anything at all. If you’re interested in doing that, check out the raw food diet.
Instead of making cooking a thing of the past, focus on increasing your consumption of raw fruits and vegetables. Everyone knows they should do this but a lot of people never get around to doing it.
One of the biggest reasons is because it’s hard. Aside from fruits like apples and bananas, consuming raw fruits and especially vegetables is time-consuming and inefficient. Most people don’t have time to sit around eating raw food every day. And besides, the taste isn’t THAT great.
But what if you could dramatically increase the amount of raw fruits and vegetables you consume? Imagine enhancing the taste so much that you LOOK FORWARD to getting your fill.
Raw fruits and vegetables liquefied. Liquid sunshine. Supercharged.
The best bit?
Fresh juice tastes AMAZING.
The benefits are simply mind-blowing.
Do it once and nothing will happen.
Do it regularly and you will change your life.
One of the health benefits of juicing fruits and vegetables is that you turn them into an easily digestible form. Eating solid food is necessary for digestive health (meaning: EAT your fruits and vegetables too!), however turning produce into juice “digests” the produce for you (in a manner of speaking).
Since fresh fruit and vegetable juice is super easy to digest, you’ll enjoy more energy and get more done. More energy means you can get more out of life.
You’ll also be creating a nutrient powerhouse. With stupendous vitamins, minerals and antioxidants from a variety of fruits and vegetables in each glass, your body will be singing your praises. Expect a supercharged system.
Fresh fruit and vegetable juice also decreases your risk of cancer. While this benefit also applies to solid fruits and vegetables, with fresh juice, you have the ability to consume a large amount of cancer-fighting nutrients very quickly.
One of the profound benefits of juicing is that of liver cleansing. The liver is responsible for cleansing the blood and removing toxins from the body. If the liver is in bad shape or functioning poorly, your energy will be drained and you’ll be at a higher risk of a sickness.
A great thing about fresh juice is that it passes through the bloodstream and liver very quickly. With the large amount of nutrients, the liver’s operation is boosted and you end up with increased energy.
Excited? So am I.

3 Steps to Getting Started
If you want to get started and begin your journey to vibrant health, there are three simple steps you need to take:
- Buy a juicer. Depending upon whether you want a centrifugal juicer or something more advanced, go down to your local department store and pick one up. Prices typically start from around $100 and increase from there. You’ll find cheaper options second-hand.
- Buy some produce. Cheap, simple and easy as anything. Go to the supermarket and stock up on produce, including apples, spinach, carrots, celery, cabbage, beetroot and anything else that tickles your fancy. Bonus points if you go organic.
- Juice! Plug the juicer in and start making juice. Do it at least once a day (two or three times preferred) in addition to your meals.
Sounds easy? That’s because juicing IS easy. Get started today and change your life!
