As for a liver cleanse for acne, I’m not too sure.
You see, as time goes on, I’ve become increasingly skeptical about so-called natural remedies.
I think thousands of people around the world are caught up in a cult-like type of thing in pursuit of these things.
Don’t get me wrong. You need to be healthy. But liver cleanses and other alternative treatments just don’t stack up. I think this quote is very telling. It’s from the article I mentioned above.

Now, I wouldn’t go so far as to say that there is no solution. Science, by its very nature, drags. If you wait for science to explain reality, you’ll be a long way behind the people who just get busy and try stuff.
So get busy. Do a liver flush acne. Try a liver cleanse for acne. See what happens. You can also try a milk thistle liver cleanse and a gallbladder liver cleanse.
Will a liver cleanse for acne get rid of acne?
In all honesty, I don’t know.
It may, however it really depends upon your individual constitution. I heard of one person 37 liver flushes before removing their acne. After that many, I’m pretty damn sure that it didn’t work.
A liver cleanse works by cleaning your liver. This is meant to improve your overall health, as when your liver is clean, your body functions better. Toxins are removed and your blood delivers oxygen to the muscles properly.
While a liver flush acne isn’t dangerous (for the most part), there are a number of problems with it.
During a liver cleanse for acne, you drink a large quantity of olive oil and lemon juice. While this mixture tastes disgusting, it also takes its toll on the liver.
And the funny thing is that a liver flush acne barely works. Like I mentioned above, it took one person 37 (!!!) liver flushes before removing their acne. Most people will need to do it at least 20 times before seeing a positive effect on their acne.
How To Get Rid Of Acne
If you’re looking for the secret to clear skin and no acne, STOP.
There are no secrets.
Sure, go ahead and do 20 liver cleanses for acne.
But if you would rather take the easy, straight-forward option, consume foods that cleanse the liver. Do the following:
- Eat healthy food (fruits, vegetables, protein)
- Don’t eat unhealthy food (junk food, alcohol, processed food, etc)
- Exercise regularly (at least 3 times a week)
While the straight-forward solution isn’t as exciting as doing a liver flush acne, it works.
Too many people are looking for the magic solution to their problems, whether it’s acne or juicing for cancer.
There is no magic solution.
Eat healthy. Exercise. Don’t eat unhealthy food. Follow those rules every day and you’ll solve almost all of your health problems.
